HWB4 infrared filter belongs to infrared transmission visible absorption glass. It is a selective absorption optical glass filter that can selectively transmit infrared light while almost completely blocking visible light.

Performance characteristics

Optical performance: According to the data of Nantong Yinxing Optical Co., Ltd., the transmittance of HWB4 filter at 400nm wavelength is ≤0.1%, at 700nm wavelength is ≤5.0%, at 800nm ​​wavelength is ≤38.0%, and at 860nm, 900nm and 1100nm wavelengths, the transmittance is ≥75.0%.

Working Principle

Material Absorption: The base material of the HWB4 filter itself has absorption characteristics for different wavelengths of light.
